Refund and Returns Policy

At Organic Bakes, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. However, if something doesn’t go as planned, please review our policy below.

Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Our refund and return policy is valid within 2 days of delivery.

  • If more than 2 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us and send the item to our return address.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return a product, ship it to our provided address (included in your order confirmation or upon request).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for expensive items, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.


Order Cancellations

  • A 10% processing fee will be charged for all order cancellations.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Refunds are issued only for approved cancelled orders.
